conforming : The book describes a society that has a lot of rules and no room for self expression of any kind and in which the people seem to live mislead and not aware and except this way of life.

Regulated : Everything in their lives is heavily regulated especially the way they spend their days and nights every hour seem to be planned out for them and they are even regulated on how many people can be in a family unit.
